Mr. Lewis demonstrates how to use a buzzing device on your trumpet to increase accuracy on difficult or fast intervals.

Proceedure:

1. Isolate a trouble spot
2. Begin with the last part of that spot
3. Alternate between trumpet and buzzing
   1. Play it first on the trumpet
   2. Then on the mouthpiece
   3. Then alternate at least ten times
4. Practice the section before the section you already practiced
5. Alternate between trumpet and buzzing at least ten times
6. Combine those two sections
7. Alternate between trumpet and buzzing at least ten times
8. Practice the next previous section
9. Alternate between trumpet and buzzing at least ten times
10. Combine all the sections
11. Alternate between trumpet and buzzing at least ten times
12. Continue this pattern until you finish the entire trouble spot
